In this position you will drive sales through new business development and expansion of existing partner relationships. In addition you will be responsible to oversee talent management of the German and Central European sales team, including acquisition, succession planning, and staff development as well as to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the Central European team is fully aligned with business priorities and company initiatives. You will also attend fairs, workshops and all other activities and represents the company in the field. Main focus will be the D-A-CH Region.
excellent written and verbal skills in German and English, ability to speak other European languages beneficial
