Director of Sales - Conference & Events (m/f)

Your Responsibilities:

As Director of Sales - Conference & Events  you are responsible for overseeing all the aspects of the Catering and Event Sales Department and replacing the DOSM during absence periods.

  Requirements:

  • Previous experience as Director of Sales - C&E, C&I or MICE in an international 5* luxury hotel   
  • Experience in departmental restrucuring is of advantage
  • A network of clients & partners in the GCC region is of advantage, but not a must  
  • Previous experience in the Middle East is of advantage, but not a must
  • Understanding and experience of luxury in extensive dimensions
  • Creativity, people management and excellent organizational capabilities 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a high profile clientele with a proven track record is mandatory
